Still Room is an award-winning graphic design and creative studio based in Los Angeles with roots in Hudson, NY. We are Jessica Fleischmann and Lauren Leung Cramer. We practice human-centered design with a focus on arts and culture. We are invested in the ‘everyday’ – art and architecture and gardens, plants and music and furniture, food and clothing, politics and education. Recent commissions include books and exhibition graphics, identity and branding, web design and signage and wayfinding. 

Still Room creates work that is sophisticated yet approachable, thoughtful and relevant without being trend-driven. Color, typography, format, pacing and materials are explored anew with each new project. Still Room believes that good design can bring about positive change and aims to create work that is memorable, lasting, and influential.  

Jessica Fleischmann is the founder and creative director of Still Room. Her work has been recognized by the AIGA 365 and AIGA 50 Books/50 Covers, Graphis, the IPPY Independent Publisher Awards, and British Book Design and Production Awards, among others. She has held teaching positions at UCLA, Otis College of Art and Design, USC, and SCIArc.
